Olayiwola Oritselaju is a results-oriented Microfinance practitioner with over ten years of progressive experience in microfinance at Cedar Microfinance Bank. She has a deep knowledge, passion and understanding of microfinance operations both from a credit only perspective as well as in deposit taking gained while working with Cedar MFB. She rose through the ranks Teller, to Team leader, Branch Supervisor, Risk Management Supervisor, Head of Operations, Head of Credit and Executive Director at Cedar MFB.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. She possesses strong analytical skills, has high degree of intelligence, initiative and enthusiasm. She is quick to learn, unafraid of challenges, willing to study and be trained to obtain extra qualification(s). She has a high level of personal initiative and is able to work very well with others.
She also has a certification from School of African Microfinance in Innovative Product Development, Delinquency Management, Strategic Marketing & Branding and Driving Growth through business development. Credit Admin and Customer Relationship Management in MFB from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Service Delivery and Marketing of Microfinance Bank Products from National Association of Microfinance Banks.
Abideen Oyeniyi is a professional Accountant and a member of ICAN with over seven years of experience in financial and business analysis, banking operation, treasury management, budget and budgetary control. He had worked with Bussdor Construction Company as finance assistant. He joined Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited in 2011 as operation staff and rose to the position of financial controller.
He has attended several training in banking and accounting, he possesses skill in International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), computer operation and software applications. He always is eager to learn and taking initiatives.
Tijani Temilola is a Business Administration Graduate of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta and an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN).
She joined Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited as a Credit Officer in August 2012. She rose through the ranks, serving in various capacities as a WCO Supervisor, Branch Supervisor and currently the Head of Credit.
She is well grounded in the areas of Credit Analysis and Portfolio Management. She has indept knowledge of the Microfinance Industry and other relevant fields.
She is hardworking, analytic minded and has high problem-solving aptitude.
Rotimi Ekundayo is the Head, Human Resources of Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited. He joined the Bank in September 2019 as Head, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Rotimi had worked at Neptune Microfinance Bank and SUSU Microfinance Bank for four years as a Human Resources Officer specialized in recruitment and training.
He is committed, hardworking, and a proactive professional with a wealth of experience in Talent acquisition, training and credit analysis.
Mr. Ekundayo graduated from University of Lagos with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Opara Lasbrey is a Computer Science graduate of Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a Cisco Certified Networks Associate (CCNA), a seasoned website designer, and a Microfinance Certified member of the Chartared Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
He began his career in 2009 at Traders Microfinance Bank, Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, where he functioned as the I.T Officer and moved to Briyth Covenant Microfinance Bank where he was the Head of Information technology and also served as the Acting Head of Operations. He is currently the Systems Administrator of Cedar Microfinance Bank.
He is well knowledged with the use of various Banking Platforms - namely Microsoft Navision, Orbit by Finconnect, Mifos, Appzones' BankOne, and also experienced in the areas of Tellering/Cashiering, Banking Operations and Accounts Reconciliation.
Kareem Afeez Olawale holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Osun State University. He graduated in 2014 with flying colors.
He began his career at CSLS Stockbrokers Limited, Lagos, as a Finance and Operations Officer in 2015. He proceeded to Orchard Hotel and Suites Ibadan, a subsidiary of Flash Group Limited, where he served as the Hotel Manager. In 2017 he became the Internal Audit and Control Officer of Flash Group Limited.
His Microfinance Banking Career began at GABSYN Microfinance Bank in 2021, where he occupied the position of Field Audit Officer. He joined Cedar Microfinance Bank in 2022 as the Head of Internal Audit, Control and Compliance.
Kareem Afeez Olawale is a member of Chartared Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. He has also holds an Executice Masterclass Certification from the International Certified Risk Management Professionals, United Kingdom.
