Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited marked Customer Week 2026 with a burst of colour, culture and team spirit. The highlight was Ankara day, when the whole Cedar team came together in matching purple and blue prints, and the office lit up with smiles, poses and plenty of joy.

The week also included a smart corporate day in black and green and a fun denim day, but it was Ankara day that showed the warmth of the Cedar family. Colleagues from across the bank gathered for a group photo, wearing prints that celebrated our culture and our togetherness.

On denim day, the dress code was relaxed but the spirit was just as lively. Colleagues lined up on the office staircase in denim jackets, skirts and jeans, striking poses and sharing plenty of laughter. Customer Week is also a chance for the team to unwind together, and that togetherness is part of what makes Cedar a great place to work and bank.

Colleagues from different departments also paused for smaller group shots in the hallways, mixing denim with smart-casual looks. These friendly, unplanned moments captured the easy camaraderie that our customers meet every time they walk through our doors.
